Gator is actually quite good. I had it at Gator Land in Orlando. Kind of funny that they would serve gator meat at a zoo that is trying to protect alligators. Hmmmm. . . .

yeah, they are not trying to protect gators there - they are trying to make money. I would try some if it were readily available.
