Richmond Downtown
Took a short trip up to the City Hall Observation deck last week. It's a bummer that there isn't a better view of the river, but here's a few of my photos:

Very cool. The building of note that falls into that category in NE is the Hancock tower in Boston, and they closed the observation level after 9/11. I really hope that gets reconsidered.
What about the Prudential building doesn't that have an observation deck?
