they do not digest well. i can literally feel a ball of hard, scratchy, prickly, partially digested pumpkin seed shells traversing my intestines.

I can live without em. Something about the texture or something....like they weren't crunchy enough, or chewey enough...

anyway...I wasn't a big fan of em, but I know P is....I'll have to ask him how his digestion is going.

Is that too personal of a question for just dating? lol
