Things that Bug Me

If I send someone an email asking them two or more questions and they only answer the first question.

Argh. This is my #1 complaint with our HR department right now. I can't tell if they are (a) stupid; (b) trying to be only as minimally helpful as necessary; (c) lack attention to detail; (d) hope we'll get too tired to keep asking and leave them alone.
