It really bugs me when someone asks me a question and it’s readily apparent that they have spent ZERO time investigating it on their own.
My irritation increases exponentially by how quickly I am able to answer their question.
I don’t think I am going to answer questions any more.

yeah, 75% of the calls i get at work are from people who don't look at the passport application or the website before calling.
2 years of that and i'm ready to go on a clocktower with a machine gun.
