Disappearing Act

If all of your power steering fluid vanishes within a 3 week period, that's bad, right?

Unless teenagers have found a way to use it to get high.

Incidentally, power steering leaks are grounds for a Rejection Sticker... ask me how I know.

nah, it's fine. Power steering fluid is cheap. $3 bottle every couple of months... Unless your leak is in a hose, you'd never recoup the cost of the repair before 500 other little things go wrong because it sat idle for years and you finally decide to get rid of it.

Just park in the street so you don't get it in your driveway.

although I once had a car where there was a leak in the high-pressure hose that was spraying the fluid onto the hot exhaust manifold. That wasn't the best situation.

the thing is, i haven't noticed a stain in the driveway. maybe someone siphoned it out. or its just lubing my frame.

ah, yes. it's lubing my frame. it's only a matter of time before the mud and dirt is saturated and the oil begins dripping onto the driveway.
